Inter-Informatics has signed a framework contract with a third Chinese MRO company this year; GUANGZHOU AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED, also known as GAMECO. Both parties have agreed on the following:
- Inter-Informatics will support GAMECO in the process of getting EASA DOA Organisation approval to cover minor changes and repairs to aircraft cabin interiors.
- Until the approval is granted, Inter-Informatics will provide GAMECO with all DOA services.
- Inter-Informatics will become an official partner of GAMECO for Stress Analysis, STC and other services which are not included within the scope of GAMECO’s planned EASA DOA Approval.
This agreement enables GAMECO to offer DOA services to their European customers, and also generate new projects for Inter-Informatics.
GAMECO is a joint venture of China Southern Airlines Co Ltd. and Hutchison Whampoa Limited. It is one of the biggest and most highly-rated MRO companies worldwide. Based in Guangzhou, southern China, GAMECO’s biggest customer is China Southern Airlines.
